STARTS 27 APRIL - DARLINGHURST, SYDNEY
The next General Level intensive will be held as a hoop dance weekly with a focus on movement and flow. Suited to all skill levels and fitness these classes explore foundations, applications and dance within the hoop. For those who wish to make the full commitment these classes are structured as a course that follows a choreographed routine which is broken down throughout the term. In addition to expanding your repertoire of moves refinement will be drawn to foundations while synthesising technique and style with the aim of tapping into unique and seamless hoop flow. With a combination of on body and off body moves, as well as transitioning between the two zones and multiple hoop mastery, you will learn how to hold your body and rock your body simultaneously.
Exploring the use of hands, arms, feet, legs, levels and space these classes are designed for those who wish to take their practice further into the realm of hoop dance. Whilst an assumed knowledge of the hoop is required, all levels of skill are welcome from beginners through to advanced hoop dancers. Casual drop and spin students are welcome to join us along the 10 week journey.
