What size hoop should I buy?: Hoop Sizes
If you are between 5-8 years old go for the small (85cm diameter); if you are 9+ and no taller than 170cm go with medium (95cm diameter); if you are taller than 170cm large is the hoop for you (105cm).
Small - Approx. 85cm Diameter and is recommended for children 5 - 8 yrs.
Medium - Approx. 95cm Diameter and is recommended for people 8 yrs +.
Large - Approx. 105cm Diameter and is recommend for people over 175cm in height.
Hoop Empire Hoop Types: There are two different types of hoops - the Hoopaholic, which is thinner, and the Power, which is thicker. The Hoopaholic is 20mm thick and weighs approximately 300grams. This is a fast hoop which is ideal if you are working with multiple hoops or if you want a hoop that flows quite lightly on the body and in the hands. The power hoop is 25mm thick and weighs approximately 500grams - it is ideal if you are an absolute beginner and want more of a workout without the complexities of learning to control multiple hoops - for weight loss purposes, this hoop is recommended.
How long will my hoop last?: If you treat your hoop with love and care it will last a very long time. If stored indoors, not used against harsh surfaces and given lots of love and attention it should last for up to 3 years or more. The more wear and tear, the quicker the decorative tape will deteriorate. The key to preserving your hoop is simply taking good care of it, particularly if it is used outdoors.
What should I do if my hoop breaks?: If your hoop breaks please contact the Empire immediately and will send emergency advice and backup procedures.

How long will my hoop take to arrive?: Your hoop will arrive within 10 days of order and payment.
How does my Hoop get shipped?: Your hoop will be wrapped in bubble wrap and brown paper packaging then shipped via Express post which will have a tracking number.
Can I pick my hoop up from your warehouse?: Yes! We are located in Sydney so feel free to drop us an email and drop into our Hoop Factory.
What if my hoop arrives broken?: It has never happened but Hoop Gods forbid, if it does, please contact us immediately and we will send an emergency backup.
What forms of payment do you take?: Paypal, direct bank deposit or cash on delivery / pickup (within Sydney)
How can I see my past orders?: On your account page at the Hoop Empire shop
What if I change my mind about the hoop I ordered?: Contact us as soon as possible if you change your mind so that we can make alternate arrangements.
